Banana peanut split — Cooking with Gia and Olive

A banana split without the ice-cream. Who knew that was possible?

Serves: 2


  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup peanut butter

Topping ideas:

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Dark chocolate
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Chia seeds
  • Frozen raspberries


  1. Cut bananas in half while still in the peel, then remove peel.
  2. Spread peanut butter on each half of the bananas.
  3. Top with your choice of toppings.
