A spring school holiday like no other

These spring school holidays, Australian Capital Territory’s picturesque nature reserve, Tidbinbilla is encouraging parents and kids to switch off from the daily grind and technology and go completely off the grid as a family for an overnight sleepover like no other. The Tidbinbilla Pop Up Family Wilderness Camp is on from Friday, September 27 to Saturday, October 12, and includes a child-friendly CSI-inspired activity and a fun wildlife infrared camera and night scopes experience. Each overnight family sleepover package includes ranger-led educational activities as well as breakfast, dinner and a six-metre Emperor Bell glamping tent accommodation (each tent includes real beds with quality bed linen). Tidbinbilla

The simple solution for preventing heart disease
