- 1 cup raw cashews
- Β½ 432 g tin of pears or 2 ripe pears, chopped
- Β½ tin of juice from the can of pears
- ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract or essence
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding water to achieve preferred consistency. Use as a dessert topping instead of cream.
