Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chia seeds
  • 4 cups thick 100% fruit juice or nectar in your favourite flavour (from the fridge section of the supermarket)
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • Optional: 1 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt

Method

  1. Mix chia seeds, juice and coconut cream, ensuring there are no clumps of chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. If using yoghurt, fold in before serving with fresh fruit and cashew pear cream.
