This vegan chia pudding recipe is all indulgence minus the guilt and reat for a healthy breakfast. Packed with protein and Omega 3s, it’s super quick to make and will last you the week.
Prep & Cook Time: 10 minutes + overnight fridge time
- ¼ cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3–4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1½ cups almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
- Pour into an airtight jar and place in the fridge overnight. Can be used as a topping for breakfast (with fruit) or as dessert.
