Chocolate Nut Butter — Cooking with Gia and Olive

How to have Nutella without the guilt.

Prep & Cook Time: 5 Minutes 


  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted (soaked in water for a few hours for extra smoothness)
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1½ tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter (cashew, brazil or hazelnut)


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
