A healthy non-dairy alternative for a warm summer's treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp (heaped) cacao powder
  • 2 Medjool dates

Method

Blend ingredients until well combined, resembling the smooth consistency of soft serve. Add more coconut water to make a smoothie instead.
