Coconut Lime Rice β€” Cooking with Gia and Olive

Lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves give this rice a fragrant scent.

Serves: 5


  • 4 cups brown basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 lemongrass bulbs, about 10-cm in length, smashed with a pestle
  • 3 fresh kaffir lime leaves


Mix and cook all ingredients in a rice cooker.
