Salad Dressing — Cooking with Gia and Olive

A simple, yet healthy dressing for your salad.

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

Cooking Time: 0 Minutes

Makes: 250 ml 


  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup water


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
