Sweet Potato Chips — Cooking with Gia and Olive

Gia and Olive make some delicious sweet potato chips in this week’s episode!


2-3 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Garlic powder, onion powder, sesame seeds, and dried mixed herbs to taste


1. Pour olive oil into mixing bowl and add sweet potato wedges

2. Add all dry ingredients and mix well

3. Place on foil-covered baking tray and put in pre-heated oven at 200for 20 minutes

4. Serve with your favourite sauce (we recommend Gia’s garlic aioli!)
