Uncle Ange's Hummus — Cooking with Gia and Olive

You can never have too many recipes for hummus.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Cooking Time: 0 Minutes

Makes: Large-size dip


  • 2 x 400g tinned chickpeas
  • ½ cup liquid from tinned chickpeas
  • 1 lemon, juice and rind
  • 1½ tbsp tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt


Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth, adding water if necessary.
