Egg-free, milk-free, this healthy and tasty mayo is made from an unexpected ingredient: tofu!
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 0 Minutes
- 2 cups firm tofu
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp honey or date puree
- 1 tsp salt
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding water if mixture is too thick.
- Store in fridge for a maximum of 2–3 days.
