Dairy-Free Mayo — Cooking with Gia and Olive

Egg-free, milk-free, this healthy and tasty mayo is made from an unexpected ingredient: tofu!

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

  • 2 cups firm tofu
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp honey or date puree
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding water if mixture is too thick.
  2. Store in fridge for a maximum of 2–3 days.
