Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese — Cooking with Gia and Olive

Top off your favourite meal with this vegetarian parmesan cheese!

  • ¾ cup cashews
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp salt


Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a fine meal is achieved. Will remain fresh for a couple of weeks if stored in the refrigerator.
