Dragon fruit ice-cream — Cooking with Gia and Olive

An exotic and dairy-free dessert alternative.

Prep & Cook Time: 5 Minutes 

Serves: 6


  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 250 g frozen bananas
  • 250 g frozen dragon fruit
  • 120 g non-dairy milk


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. (If you don't have a high-speed blender, allow the banana to thaw out a little.)
