Q: I’m planning an edible garden for a more self-sufficient lifestyle. What natural medicine plants would you recommend for a healthy, balanced diet? Would there be health benefits to turmeric, ginger and moringa?

This level of detail is not really my area, but you should be praised for starting a garden. Just the benefits of gardening are positive and you're trying to add a greater variety of plant foods to your meals. Well done! In the meantime, here are some great information on ginger and turmeric.
