Flourless Mug Cake — Cooking with Gia and Olive

Satisfy your sweet tooth with Gia and Olive's chocolate mug-cake! It's gluten-free, flour-free and only takes 3 minutes.

  • 1 medium overripe banana
  • 2 tbsp smooth almond or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp dairy- or sugar-free chocolate chips


  1. Oil a microwave- or oven-safe ramekin.
  2. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a blender until smooth.
  3. Stir through chocolate chips.
  4. Cook in the microwave for one minute.
