- ½ cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour then drained
- 1 small ripe avocado
- ½ cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ cup water
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
