Ice Chocolate — Cooking with Gia and Olive

A sweet and dairy-free treat on a hot day.

Prep & Cook Time: 5 Minutes 

Serves: 3


  • 2 trays ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp 100% maple syrup
  • 250 ml non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  1. Pulse ice cubes in a blender until broken down into crushed ice.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined, resembling a frappé in consistency.
