Q: When can I introduce dairy to my child’s diet?

Dairy can be introduced even within an hour of birth (such as through formula). Things such as yoghurt and cheese can be brought in practically any time after six to eight months. But certainly, the main foods should be veggies and fruit from six months of age, then adding in protein from eight months of age
