Prep & Cook Time: 10 minutes + 30 minutes fridge time
Makes: 18 balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup pepitas
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup currants
Optional ingredients:
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor at a high speed until the mixture is sticky and does not crumble when shaped into a ball.
- Wet hands or rub some coconut oil into your palms. Firmly press and shape the mixture into balls.
- Place balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
