Flu Bomb — Mandi Makes

Did you get hit by the flu this year? Mandi’s homemade flu bomb might be just what you need!

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 heaped tsp manuka honey
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • ¾ cup hot water
  1. Add all the ingredients (except hot water) into a mug with about ¼ cup of room temperature water.
  2. Pour in the hot water and stir until ingredients are well mixed.
