This homemade natural flu bomb is just what you need to get back on your feet again.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 heaped tsp Manuka honey
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- ¾ cup hot water
- Add all the ingredients (except hot water) into a mug with about ¼ cup of room temperature water.
- Pour in the hot water and stir until ingredients are well mixed.
