Marcia has spent many years working as a dietitian for the Sydney Adventist Hospital and the Sanitarium Health Food Company, and regularly helps with vegetarian cooking classes conducted within her local community. Today, she keeps herself busy with her four kids, their several pets and her veggie patch. Marcia is passionate about helping her kids to become independent in the kitchen—and is secretly proud when her almost-teenage son wants to cook something when he is bored.
