Tropical Pops — Cooking with Gia and Olive

Make an icy treat to beat the summer heat.

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

Freezing Time: Overnight

Serves: 6


  • 1½ cups pineapple, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice pop moulds and freeze overnight.
