This complete body exercise will take you through the seven functions of your body, giving it a full workout.

Our resident PT, Alisha, uses a set of weights but you can choose not to use any if you don't have them.

Exercises in this whole body workout include:

  • Sumo squats
  • Alternating lunges
  • Tricep dips
  • Plank row
  • Cross-over crunches
  • Romanian deadlift
  • High knees
